Trash Tribes

The brief for this project were four words:

BALANCE
ENCLOSE
DISPERSE
SUPPORT

I started by looking at rainforest tribes and the way they dress. The choice of materials often corresponds to the persons place in society and closely relates to their lifestyles. I made four headdresses made from the waste of four of my friends in response to each of the four words.
